I have a question. Can a unit learn more than one Arcana spell?

Yes, Rush knows Blackout, Whiteout and Rejuv Water.

Nora knows Blackout and Animalcule currently.

and how does the rejuvenating waterIII work?it heals the target and full restore ap to the caster?I think it is better if it can heal all allies in the battle.

Gives all allies full HP. AP full for the caster also.

It does not revive any dead units or unions though.

after u learn the arcana art do u have to keep some same people in the union? like say groups all consist of healers, if i switch them out to learn an arcana art could i switch them back and still use the arcana art?

How do you get Arcana spells? I finished the game once, am replaying it now and on the second disc. I have only ever got one chance and I don't know how. Someone help me!

You must have a union casting remedies, I think it's 4 people; the leader must be casting Restore V or higher.

Finally got the rain healing move this morning now to learn how to get fatal eclipse also anyone know how to activate the rain healing move?
