Not a bad recipe. Personally i think there are too many different kinds of meat - overwhelming to the pallet. I'd stick with either just seafood or the chicken & sausage. I had a white fish paella in Barcelona that was divine. Just a suggestion.

Su receta es muy muy buena pero aqui en España no usamos las piezas de pollo deshilachadas o desmenuzadas. Ponemos el pollo cortado a cachos(trozos)pequeños y todo absolutamente lo que usted puso va a la paellera directamentea cocinarse nada es por separado(salvo las olvivas que no las ponemos) se hace el sofrito y se le agrega azafran y de alli el arroz hasta que este listo.
