@TheFuryHouse His name is Peter Moore. He sings the song "The Complex" on the album itself. He is also the lead singer of a band called Count Zero. You are correct that Gavin Rossdale does sing the album version. This is from "The Complex Rock Tour: LIVE" DVD.

Ok to corrct people, Gavin sings on the version that is associated with the terminator soundtrack, and also in the music video....but in this version, aside from the blue man group's guitarist...im pretty sure the singer's name is Avram Gleitsman.
