June 3, 2008. After one of the most intense weather days I've ever seen in Ohio, I returned from chasing with footage of a funnel cloud and possible tornado in Warren County, OH just south of Waynesville. The action was VERY brief, but exciting and rewarding nonetheless. Credit to Darren Snively for holding my camera and capturing these images while I put the pedal to the metal!

Your first chase really an experenced chaser would have never been able to tell! Your talking about heres your downdraft and heres your updraft like you even know! Then of course you call a scud formation a funnel and you totally miss where the tornado really is good job!

I think I remember this... We got out of school for the summer that day, and we had to stay in my friends basement for a really long time.
Cool video!

I'm in very south Centerville and I remember that day as well; there was definitely a tornado somewhere near me; at one point I saw rotation literally right above me! It was amazing!
