wake up super early for about half an hour, then go back to bed. u'll have one. they get a few seconds longer each time. that is what I had to do in order to start having them.

Lucid dreaming isn't something you learn in a few days. It actually can take many months or so to reach full-blown.
I can do it, tho, I choose not to. Idk why.. I'm usually really tired and I don't try to focus on the dream so I just fall asleep. Whenever I do focus on the dream then I become lucid about 3/5 of the time. It's EXTREMELY easy if you wake up in the middle of the night
