Hair bands are good laugh..but what ever said and done, Van Halen will remain as one of the best bands of all time..as much as I hate David Lee Roth, he was the best front man they ever had...

@poughkeepsiejohn1 im sorry but hair bands produce one of the most touching and powerful ballads , listen to steelheart's she's gone , still loving you by scorpions , every rose has its thorn by poison , amanda by boston .......etc , they'll make the hair's of the back of ur neck stand . i love alternative rock too but hair bands were also gd :)

I do like Nirvana. Not the multi-platinum Nevermind band you consider Nirvana. I like the Nirvana that got drunk with Sonic Youth, mocked Top of the Pops, and screwed with MTV.
