Mykee Ramen Bio

This is a bio I did for an audition to the show Nashville Star. They thought it was good enough for me to get to go directly to the call back day in L.A. I didn't make it to the next round of auditions. I found out through some research that they have a certain variety of "roles" that they cast for, ie: Singer/Songwriter, Attractive female, Instrumentalist. So the role they would have cast me in would have been as the "rebel". Fine by me, cause the "Rebel Country" movement has been the most interesting thing in country in the last 30+ years. It became clear when the season opener aired that they didn't even cast the "Rebel" role. A shame really. But who knows, with George W. out of office, there might be room for some real rebels in the future of country music.
