From the film A Year in the Streets by Cascadia Media Collective, this scene takes place in Eugene Oregon as animal rights protesters are confronted and arrested by cops for protesting the inhumane treatment of the circus animals. These cases became key to issues of free speech at protests. The defendants were later found innocent of all charges.
