Decorating for Halloween: Part 3

Putting the finishing touches on our spooky house... Adding fake cobwebs, and a few other props, in anticipation of the flood of costumed visitors...

Now I gotta take it all down and start hanging Xmas lights. Yay me.

The word just spread amongst the parents and kids and more and more came every year. Not to mention we gave out full size candy bars:) Our house became known as the witches house.

We NEVER do this kinda thing... And yeah, we do live off the beaten path... Few neighbors, widely spaced homes... Funny, we're known as the witch's house too, all year roun-- OW! My wife just smacked me as she was reading over my shoulder. I better go.

This year I'm riggign up a camera in a pumpkin to capture everything; Its good to video tape the trick or treaters reactions; so I will know what I have to improve; Too bad I dont get many!

I'm sorry you did not have any trick-or- treaters... that truly is sad. I love Halloween too! Fortunately for me I live in a big city and in an a diverse neighborhood. I had over 200 trick-or-treaters and ran out of candy at 9:30pm. I shot video of my yard in early October and I made it better by Halloween... this years video will capture it all....Happy Haunting
