Deborah Newton's body-skimming, multitextured jumper is a superb layering piece, knit in Lorna's Laces' "Green Line Worsted." The double-moss-stitch skirt, picked up from the ribbed bodice, is segmented by large 12-stitch cables, shaped with increases under the waste line, and stabilized at the sides with a twist stitch and rib. The bottom horizontal cable is worked separately, attached, and finally anchored with ribbing. Featured in Vogue Knitting Winter 2008/09
