'UN for Taiwan' from Ireland

We, a group of Taiwanese American living in Greater New York area, had chance to support worldwide "UN for Taiwan" movement on September 15, 2007 while we traveling Ireland. Our group leader is Mr.Cheng-San Lee.

Can the President of China or any Chinese enter Taiwan legally without visa? Answer is clearly not, and the reason is Taiwan is not part of China. As simple as that, I believe even Chinese should be able to understand that.
