FennecFoxxx you're either misinformed or trying to make people angry. Russia and the Chechens have been fighting for the past 300 years. Not just the genocide of all Circassians (Adyge) and forcing the survivors to Turkey, but the deportation of 1944 which went about exactly like the deportation of jews. Read Baiev's book, "The Oath", or "Allah's Mountains" by Sebastian Smith or "Chechnya Diary" by Thomas Goltz, or Tony Wood's book. There are many, many more.

As a Chechen, I take Dr. Khassan as a great example. I truly wish that one day I am capable of accomplishing just an inkling of greatness that this man has. Inshallah! Long live Chechnya.
