Well I went ahead and done a vid on my Buttermilk cornbread recipe. I hope you like it. It is real easy to make. I will post the directions and ingredients below.

Self-Rising Cornmeal - 1/2 Cup
Self-Rising Flour - 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder - 1 Table Spoon
Sugar - 1/2 Table Spoon
Eggs - 2 eggs
Buttermilk - 2 Cups

Grease 10" frying pan and place in oven and preheat to 425 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl. When the oven is heated to 425 degrees mix buttermilk and eggs with the dry ingredients, add buttermilk until the consistency in a little bit thinner than pancake batter and then immediately but cautiously pour mixture into frying pan, and place back in oven. Set timer for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, then cut and serve.
You can adjust the time and or temp, this should be close, but no two ovens cook exactly the same.
