The sneaky thing about this Stephen Flynn guy (who I believe is the architect for this semi-privatized Homeland Security plan)
is that he says all of the politically correct things; he is critical
of Bush and the "War on Terror." However, he compartmentalizes everything in the name of "efficiency."

Obama's Civilian Security Force is also what Hitler and Stalin had and it is not a good thing because it will only lead into a dictatorship run by communist principles.
