I was fortunate to open for her in Iowa about a year ago. At the end of the show as I was lugging my gear out to the car I hear this voice behind me saying "hey, what can I carry?", she picked up a guitar case and some of my other stuff and helped me carry all my gear out to the car. Says a lot about her character as a person, there's no pretense or ego with her, she's the genuine article.

I saw her live about 4 years ago in a small place in LA just as this was released. She had a merch booth set up, but no one to cover it. My sister and ran it for awhile...she trusted us in selling her c.d.'s and such. Reinforces what we know: she is an extraordinary person. And a voice like an angel.

@greencanopy Yes it is. Time signature is just what value of note gets the beat and how many beats there are per measure. As you can see from the referred comment below, it changes quite often. Harbor is especially unique in that most songs nowadays are in 4/4 and usually never change time signature very much. Hope this helps. :)

I played this song on a friend's wedding.
