  • Hi,

I don't have the emotiv SDK yet, but i want to know if you used a Java API to make the app that takes the readings from EPOC to Laptop.(not the one in NXT).

    thanks.

  • @athanscorps

Hello friend, the way I did this project was not necessary to use the SDK. To take control of cognitive events that EmotivControlPainel generates, you can use EmoKey connected with EmotivControlPainel to generate keyboard events for each identified and trained thought, after that you can use the EmoKey to "play " these events to the interface the Java program, then just treat each event through java code. One tip is to use Java Threads and Lists to capture the events.

  • Great job!

Do you control the robot with which functions? Cognitive or expressive?

  • @PMALIAK Cognitive

  • Awesome! Which version of the headset did you guys utilize?

¡Impresionante! ¿Qué versión de los auriculares lo que ustedes utilizan?
