Rotifer vulgaris is as close as I can come to an ID for this girl. I have seen them before, but never tried to identify the subspecies. I just called her a Bdelloid Rotifer, which she also is.

I think her name is a bad choice though. She's not vulgar at all. In fact, I think she is kind of cute with those beady little red eyes. :o)
