  • you can really hear the difference when Lemmy joined...

  • I don't know why the narrator states that Hawkwind were polar opposites of the Doors and Hendrix. They were all roughly born out of a similar convergent culture of the time

  • Hendrix maybe ... the Doors . No way

  • I... I... suddenly feel the need to accumulate some orgones...

    Again.

Ya can NEVER have too many orgones, ya knowz!

  • @adamB1985 'Born To Go' from the lp 'Space Ritual'. Another good version is the BBC live 1972.

  • Heh heh... Huw's interview in this part is very 'Spinal Tap'. "I was on my knees praying... really praying"

  • Good ole Calvert,was a nice chap.

  • @TheGreaterGood80 Hendrix and the Doors were million selling megastars thanks to the capitalist system, by playing free gigs Hawkwind were taking an oppositional stance to that system. Not to mention both Morrison and Hendrix had both at times expressed views that were right wing.

  • @adamB1985 Orgone Accumulator

  • @INTOTHEGRINDER Born To Go

  • what song starts at 4:10?
