  • Isn't the beacon supposed to be on BEFORE the engine is started????

  • Witnessing an engine startup in person is an incredible experience. As u witness the whole frequency in sound, u also feel it, from the deep chest shaking bass at startup to the ear piercing scream of the turbine coming up to speed.

  • How come the plane doesn't take off with engines at power?

  • i was sat in a erj 135 at teh back as the frequency changes you can detect the humens whole range of hearing quite amazing till you realize you are stuck at a certain pitch till the piolet spools up a buit to taxi and you have to cope with ear spliting screeach for 10 mins of taxi lol
