  • I live north of houston...It is amazing how large of an explosion this was...I had never heard about it until I was watching Modern Marvels on the history channel this was about acid (they have many different episode's) and they where talking about it for a small portion of the show. they say It was the worst Industrial acicdent in american history....I have worked in the Engineering field for years and never heard of it......I still want to go see this for my self....thanks for the video

  • I'm orignally from Ohio and I've been down here in Houston for a decade. I had a job I was completing in Texas City and found out that the explosion occured only a mile away. I went down to the dock after the job was completed. I'm going back to look at the anchors tomorrow. The magnitude of this disaster is unimaginable...
