462awest, you have no idea what you're talking about. This is not propaganda. I'm an Alaskan and I've been involved with fighting this mine for a while now. The dangers are real and he barely even touched on that. They are going to create some of the largest damns in the world - RIGHT NEXT TO A FAULT LINE. Stop with the BS ad hominems. They don't change the facts of the Pebble mine.

This is not just a NIMBY issue. It is a not-at-all issue. I am in Pennsylvania, and adamently opposed to blasting out these giant, open mines.

People should be careful of electing Romney and his cronies - his pro-business/jobs agendas will be short-sighted and end up raping and pillaging our enviroment. I'll bet in the end it will cost more in the lost resources, increased health care costs and decreased work productivity because of unanticipated consequences as they try to create more jobs QUICKLY in order to get re-elected

I THINK THIS VIDEO IS JUST WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GIVE US THE AMERICAN PEOPLE MORE INSIGHT TO THIS PLAN. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE ALASKAN PEOPLE BUT ALSO TO PROTECT THE WILDLIFE FROM THE POTENTIAL DANGERS OF IT ALSO.HOW CAN ANY COMPANY THINK OF THIS NEXT TO A FAULT LINE,ARE THEY THAT GREEDY, THAT THEY WOULD PUT SO MANY HUMAN LIVES IN PERIL. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO.PASO8

No doesn't seem to get through to these huge corporations. Who owns this land and the mineral rights? Can the state of Alaska put a law into effect that makes all natural resources the property of the people of Alaska? Just saying no doesn't seem to get us anywhere. Put a legal block on these gluttons.
