What matters is not where Belly got his start up captial, or the image he holds in Ottawa.
What matters is that he is representing Canadian Hip-Hop and he's trail blazing like no one before him. You have to look at the facts. He's outsold every prior Cdn-made MC, He's helping to educate youth and raise awareness of the scene here in Canada for all artists, not only HipHop.
So be critical!
