  • Great video btw. I think I will try it

  • I heard you mention anxiety in a few of your vids and I know it's off topic and I've never even had a weight loss surgery, but I am curious as how you deal with it? Techniques? Meds?

  • I take 1mg Melatonin at night when I can't sleep, and it's all I need.

  • Great post! Just a quick note: It is very hard to buy melatonin if you live in the UK or Europe (You couldn't mail your free sample to someone in Europe if they asked you to).

BUT you can buy melatonin for UK delivery online from Vitasunn.co.uk

Just wanted to help your EU/UK friends find the same relief:)

    Cheers!

  • I agree that stuff is good, and I would agree that you do your research on it that's how I found out about it . I take 10mg though

  • I've been following your quite a while. I love your videos. I have trouble sleeping now and I take 4 different meds to sleep! My surgery is in a few weeks and I would LOVE to take the melatonin and stop the other meds.

  • I had a little of problems sleeping before surgery but after surgery its become really bad, my doc also put me onn ambien but it makes me feel so wierd. and sometimes I won't ever remember things I did the night before, its scary!!!

  • I have had issues w/ sleep for years... I take 2-4 Tylenol or Motrin pm's a night for years...

  • Wow 13 amazings. I'm really gonna have to try this. I have always had a problem with sleep.

  • I struggle with sleep too, I thought it was just me, I'm gonna have to try that. I wonder why us gastric bypass post ops can't sleep? .... Yeah I have to look into Melotonin thanks!
