I would have loved to have tried this recipe, but I do not know what she is rubbing into the meat and I cannot find out where the ingredients are. :( I see the comment where one subscriber is told to check out the recipe in the comments section above...but there ain't no 'above' on the page I am looking at...maybe I will try the website.

@lja000 Here it is again...the recipe got pretty low on the page. Go to taste on the spices. For two 1 lb pork tenderloins Olive oil 2 teaspoons cumin 1-2 tablespoons chili powder 2 teaspoons powdered garlic ½ teaspoon thyme ¼ teaspoon allspice 1 bay leaf, crumbled ½ teaspoon oregano Sea Salt to taste Rita from AboutEating. com

About 20 years or so ago, pigs' diets became more healthful. With a better diet, the pork has less fat than in the old days. That's what I mean when I say the "re-engineered" the pigs. Even their physique looks leaner! ~Rita
