I don't think it matters but if you have problems when you open up the codec configuration and go to the codec tab and make sure Enhanced Multithreading is unchecked

it is unchecked but it is still 2 cpu

um maybe you could Bring up Task Manager , go to the Processes tab, select the encoder process, right click on it, select Set Affinity, set CPU you want. maybe

whenever i record with camstudio, divx doesn't work, the playback video is just a blank screen,and i set all of the settings the same as yours, any solutions?

sorry lost password to account but got it back. If you have problems with divx try reinstalling it but if it still messes up try camstudio lossless codec
