What type of panelss is best for the exterior of the RV the Filon or the newer smooth surface panels and will the Filon panels look as glossy as the newer smoother panels?

I'm curious though could you paint a truck to match this same pattern?
Also, what type of travel trailer was this? My wife and I just may end up purchasing one one these and drop off the truck and RV for the same look ;)
