This video was simple but made a difficult concept lucid. It was very helpful. Thanks to Walla Walla Community College in Washington State for posting it.
As an aside: I noticed two typos in the power point slides: at the1:08 minute in the video, the slide shows "matrix" (should be "matric"), and at 6:47, the slide says "...and anything less than saturation...," but I think it should be "...at anything less..."
