rear bearing came off , this made the blades hit the tower this made the glue fail and down she came!

  • the bearing was replaced and I toke it down to three blades, up and spinning in 30 minutes.

    I have not put the generator back in it yet, I just like to see it go around

  • Whats up man sorry about you blades. I use schedule 35 pvc and thry wont break. I had a set fly off the mount with no damage to the blades. I also had a set up that I mounted to close to the mast (4x4 post) and the blades were taking half inch chunks of wood off the pole with not even a scartch to the blades..The pipe I use is 6" schedule 35 sewer pipe It still has flex but you cant break em....Hit me up if you need any help at all...........LATER FROM THE WEST COAST
