my APX installers were very professional and tidy, not to mention faster than I expected. I wasn't here when the sales people came.

i AM A ALARM TECH AND HAVE SEEN SOME OF THERE SYSTEM INSTALLS. I COULD NOT FIX THEM, TO MANY PROBLEMS. TO MANY SALE AND TO QUIT ON INSTALLING THEM.

i have an apx alarm and have no problems...the salesman was very low key, low pressure and their products and cost were in line with other estimates I had received. I signed up for a 3 year contract, which again was in line with the estimates I received from ADT, Brinks and another local company.

how awesome. this video proves how ignorant we all are... or i should say trusting... its sad the media leverages that to make this company sound all scary and stuff. wow, a lady had an issue with something not working from some company.. IT HAPPENS IN EVERY COMPANY THAT EVERY ONE OF YOU PEOPLE WORK AT! 1/300 equipement electronics have issues no matter the company. whats the big deal?!

notice they spend 2 minutes trying to nail apx. than 30 seconds saying every one of the complaints has been resolved and they are legit. lol ... i hate the news. noo im not a sales rep. friend is though. yeah i have met the sales reps and the only way to describe them is. they are sales man. thats what they do. and they do a good job at selling. maybe not making people happy but they do sell lots and make tons of money.40-100k a year for 4 months of hell. i would never do it but if you can...

Hey Mikersfriend (Mr. APEX) If this event truly happened, your local police dept will record of it. Did it ever happen??? You sound like a cheap sales punk pitching their product....and you're not very convincing.

So get up off your knees & go back to your hick school before it's too late.

APX has been in our neighborhood pandering their garbage....be very CAREFUL who's door you knock on. Everything you learn doesn't come from school & reality can sometimes be an ugly teacher.
