That's the quote from the video above. Is he touting racism there?

@pdpax91 Are you joking? No I do not mean the Mafia... the mafia rules when you illegalize and create a black market. What I am talking about is the free market. If there is a racist restaurant, no one would go and it would get no business. The free market is better at regulating than the government.

To say that freedom leads to Mafia rule, you're wrong. Freedom wouldn't allow for black markets, criminalization, and empowering criminals.

@ShadowM2069 ONE MORE TIME...Dr.Paul thinks STATE GOVERNMENTS should have the "RIGHT" to DISCRIMINATE! Dr.Paul thinks the Federal Government should not have the power to force States to comply with the Bill of Rights! Clearly you DISAGREE with Dr.Paul as you said,"The Federal Government should force the states not to discriminate based on race, religion, age, etc" And YES Business should also be FORCED to comply w/Bill of Rights, Civil Rights Act & Americans w/Disabilities Act!

But it is not the responsability of the federal government to shut down businesses that discrimate. That responsability falls on the back of the market, who should remove those buisnesses economically not legally.

You need to understand the difference between the Federal and State Governments, and the Constitution.
