Leon6266...You have no idea why I purchased the Jetstar ticket..Your support of Jetstar is quite weard conciding that you don't know the facts.
Cheap tickets does not give them the right to cause major disruption to our holiday, to be rude and lie.
Jetstar are the worst company that I have every dealt with. If they cannot supply a basic customer service then they should not be in business..!!!

@aluke87 - LOL! Do you live in NZ? Because Air New Zealand is only good if you're flying to or from- oh, guess what? - NEW ZEALAND!
For example... I'm going to Japan in November. Flying with Air New Zealand would have cost OVER AU$7000 return (Flying from Cairns to Osaka and back again.
Jetstar cost AU$769 return. (And I got mine on special for AU$380 return)
You get what you pay for. A flight.
