  • Good morning Lisa, I loved your interview and love your moments which I receive daily in my email. I am 77 years old and have in a way been doing some meditation on and off. When I was a Scout leader I used to have the boys lie down with eyes closed at camp and simply listen for a couple of moments ... amazing what they learned ... I used to tell them just look at God's creation around us and admire each single item, a rose, a leaf, s tree ... and thank God. God bless and keep you,toveza

  • HOLA Lisa, great to see you, you are perfectly right about meditation during the day, I meditate from my office 7th floor window for 10 minutes every morning, before I start anything and then at the gym every late afternoon when I`m lifting heavy weights, so I will not feel the pain. The interview should it been longer. Thank you as well for my WEEKLY PEACEFUL MOMENTS! By the way, you are soooooooooooo cute!
