The sad thing is that it isn't even a spoof. Just an awful attempt to emulate a Hollywood film with a low budget. Wrong. Just plain wrong.

This has got to be some of the best acting and cinematography I have ever seen. The CGI makes Transformers and Avatar look like cheesy 1980's cartoons. The leading actor makes Tom Hanks look like a B list actor.
