The 7 headstands of Ashtanga 2nd series are 7 + 2 arm variations to be either interleaved with vinyasas or practised all in one inversion. Here it's cut down to 9 minutes. A demo in Sweden, a Reg. Yoga Teacher w. 30+ yrs. of yoga exp.

    No, only with 1 hand for 1-2 seconds (not recommended if you've any neck issues however :-)

  • not bad, but can you do it with no hands? lol its hard to do
