This is a tool-assisted glitchfest run of LoZ: OoT. It aims to exploit as many glitches as possible and play the game in a very unorthodox way.

Speed is of third priority (entertainment being the second) since it's not a speedrun, but I'll try to be fast enough even though I won't optimize the routes.

This is not a depiction of skill. This game have been played on an emulator at frame-by-frame speed to maximize accuracy. All glitches performed is possible at a console version, although this is version 1.0 PAL, so there might be some version differences.

    I was thinking of covering most of them at some point since I'll be savewarping a couple of times, plus probably even run back & do another just for the heck of it. Part 2 have taken me quite some time though since I was on vacation for a week, plus didn't realize that bombchu megaflip isn't possible in the version I'm doing this on (shadow temple). Then I tried to get the sun's song w/o lullaby but found out it isn't possible when the game freezes from bombs oob...

    But hang on :p!

    VC since I don't own the GC version... But it doesn't really matter since they're identical except for that some of the textures that was replaced (crescent moon e.g.) was hard coded into the GC while it was just modded on the VC version. Luckily that doesn't fix anything though :p

  • @primat91 haha k. this is like the coolest thing ever btw ;D and i thought on the GC and VC you could hover over voids? :/ guess not. and what exactly is different from the N64 that you can't do the bombchu megaflip? didn't kno any of this D:

  • @Kosmicd12 you can only hover over voids with chus in a specific version. I think it's ntsc 1.0 but I'm not 100%... all gc and vc are 1.2 so some things like old rod steal was fixed.

    I don't know why a chu megaflip isn't possible on pal, but they told me so at zsr...

    And thank you :). I've always wondered xwhy there's no quality playthrough of a just completely messed up run (like doing all the child temples as an adult), so I decided I had to make one :D.

  • The early heart piece isnt really a glitch... but its freaking awesome xD i found it too... but not as a kid. a few months ago when i got it on 3ds lol.

  • @primat91 Uh... no you can only hover over voids on GC and VC versions, the N64 for some reason can't handle chus in a void.

  • @primat91 you can do chu megaflips on PAL...

  • @primat91 I couldve sworn i read on zelda speedruns that you could hover over voids on GC :( and yeah, if i were ever to TAS and make a sweet speed run, this is the type of thing i would do ;) it's flipping awesome. FINISH IT! :D
