@LiteulLynx You don't have to open a gate to get it. In the cave where you fight the bear, jump on the landing that has the ammo, face the slope that's on the left side of the landing, jump onto that slope, when you start to slide, jump and grab the ledge. Shimmy around to the front (Lara will automatically stop when you are in front of the opening for the artifact) Lean back and jump on to the ledge behind Lara, pull up, and grab the artifact.
