Looks awesome, I competed in Duo at the 2000 JJIF World Championships in Denmark. The only thing I don't agree with is over doing the movement before the attack, but I agree that you need movement before the attack.

I have 1 question...i noticed jujitsu kanjis on the right and judo kanjis on the middle...but what is meaning of kanjis on the left??
