This well-known series by novel of Yulian Siemyonov were intented as black-and-white to underline war theme with documentalistic effect.
In this sketch soviet secret service female agent is questioned by gestapo officers in unkind way - they place her baby beside the opened window (there was early spring). A bit later, Wehrmacht soilder (father of newborn also) will shoot both officers and release the woman,

@Kajdanowski i dont like the United states either. i am just mad because all sides used such foolish propaganda to win people on their side, and that all were bad enough. and 1 always thought they were better than the other and wasn't evil.

In this case they were going to freeze the toddler to make his mother talking.
