The UK preserved greek treasures because greece couldnt preserve them. They would have been destroyed in the constant wars in the area because greece has basically been contolled by loads of countries, the last time the UK was invaded was nearly 1000 years ago in 1066. They are a lot safer in London where people can see them for free.

Did you know that your Lord cut and took off the frieze from the Parthenon? The frieze was well in the Parthenon.
Also it was during the ottoman empire and He stole the frieze from the Greeks...
Turks has never touched the greek temples...
It was the Venitians who destroyed te Parthenon....

it was still damaged by war because the ottomans were destroyed. These treasures belong to all of mankind not just greece, after all i doubt your family tree goes back to ancient greece because greece has practically never ruled itself until recen years
