Drill #1--Relax the upper body, hands and arm drill (Tug and Pull until the upper body relaxes)
Drill #2--Waggle--movement creates relaxation
Drill #3--Try the mondra- "Practice Swing" -Obey the sound, like dancing to the music.
Drill #4-- The first (1st) swing should never be the real swing -hit the ball on the third swing (take minimum of 2 previous practice swings)
"rhythmatic"? lol i think you may have just made that word up. "rhythmic" or rhythmical may have been the the words you were looking for. ps you may want to think about a different style of sunglasses....:P

I don't agree. If you squeeze the grip, all your big muscles will get tight, and a controlled and easy turn will be impossible. I picked up golf when I was 48 and couldn't lower my handicap below 25 after two years. As soon as I relaxed my grip, my handicap dropped to 14 in six months. At the age of 71, it's now 8.

the golf grip needs to be very firm - no squeeze like holding a bird or tube of tooth paste, that's not going to produce any good results. You can squeeze the handle all you want and your arms and body will stay very loose!!!

thanks for slowing down golf even more ("make sure your real swing is at least your third or more swing")

The demo regarding body tension was very informative. One of my biggest problems is getting that tension free state prior to hitting the ball
