I've had a handful of best friends throughout my life. They are truly a special thing to find and have in our lives. I've lost touch with some of them, had falling out with others. Thanks to the internet, I have kept a few of those close friendships alive too! :)

I have lived far away from my best friend for 30 years and when we get together it's just like we saw each other yesterday (and we rarely speak on line - only an email or a call now and then). I feel lucky to have had her in my life so far for 40 years!

Best Friends are rare and they say you will only have maybe 5 good friends in a lifetime. I'm like you, I have a best friend I've known since child hood. She is awesome! I love her dearly!

Best Friends is highly over rated. Just having a few close friends is safer in the long run.

My best friend angelofmalevolence moved to Dallas over a month ago... She left her husband, who lives next door. But she left me too! I should call her, but she has her whole new life now... that is such a shame! I miss her to tears! I just made a real nice new friend today.... You!
