Wonderful indeed! Can't believe how amazingly good her playing is. So clear, intimate, unpretentious and for that reason impressive. Absolutely the best I've heard! Thanks for uploading this. :-)

The recording published before the war II is much better ! Incredible but true ! The same... but with a grain de folie and a amazing playing !

I don't believe in "best" performances -- but this is certainly one of the most delightful and sublime recordings of this piece!

A gem of a performance...it sings, sparkles and delights like no one else's, not even Richter's. Everything that Clara Haskil touched she enriched and ennobled. Her Mozart was unsurpassed, her Beethoven and Schubert too--I can't help it, I just worship this woman! The tragedy of her untimely death in 1960 was at least mitigated by the precious legacy of the incomparable recordings of her playing that she left us...the world would be so much poorer without them!
