  • very nice set keep it up I look forward on new vid

  • This looks fun. I do similar exercises. Wouldn't it be beneficial to do more reps of the back row type movements? Also when you bring the weights back down from your shoulders, you could let them down slower, perhaps? maybe the bicep focus would be too draining and distract from the other elements though. Keep posting love the vids.
