This song is by the Blank Theory, a band composed of members of the now famous Madina Lake. The vocals are clearly Nathan Leone of Madina Lake/The Blank Theory.

Oh, I forgot : The Blank Theory made this song twice : first on a demo released in 1998, and then they made this version on their first album (Catalyst) in 2000.

Ok, but where is the Linkin Park version ?
Because THIS ONE is from a Blank Theory CD called Catalyst. I know that because I have the CD, and it's exactly the same song as here.
Give me a link where I can listen to the Linkin Park version if you think there is one.

@Taaank06 hahah, I listened to this song and the TBT, I know this song until you know what the LP :) the voice of Chester and Nathan are not the same, you need to better listen to both songs and you will notice the difference

@93anticante No. If you think that Chester sing in this song, it means that your are not familiar with his voice.
Try to listen to The Blank Theory and you'll see that the whole CD has this voice, the voice of Nathan Leone (the Blank Theory singer)
Chester, or LP, has NEVER worked with the Blank Theory.

@Taaank06 they have the song but this is lp, lp is just reworked the song, then the contractor is not BT, but this song LP, a song by BT but Chester sings here and this is the LP ;)
