  • @Friday13thTaurus The bottom of his hamstring is going to a few degree's below 90, which means the center of his leg is going to 90 degree. Looks good to me, I love when people who can't squat for shit critique people who can, to borrow from a shirt I own, "Shut up and lift"

  • Why do people get so much hate for pointing out basic geometry facts? He's clearly not going below parallel. I'm sure he's aware of it. What he's doing is still very impressive. But if you're a newbie squatting 135 lbs going to this depth, you're doing it wrong.
