Ireland was as unprepared for its sudden "wealth" as it was the waves of immigration that inevitably followed this game of smoke and mirrors. When you bear in mind that the excesses of the "Celtic Tiger" in no way benefited the average citizen (in fact drove many into debt) it is easier to understand the resentment many Irish people feel toward Eastern Europeans and Baltic state vultures whose presence only made things worse. As for this politically correct faggot, I say fuck off to Poland.

Sick of all of this rubbish about supposed floods of immigrants living in alleged welfare palaces. You don't live through the Cold War and ww2 then decide to move to the other side of Europe where your friends and family aren't. Most immigrants are able bodied and wouldn't get all that much welfare anyway in this CAPITALIST country of ours. @magicmoonbeam2 Thats interesting. I'll read about the Frankfurt School. Wikipedia defines racism: "the belief that inherent different traits in human racial groups justify discrimination". I'd like to know how the term became so vague where it means anything in usage,why the accuser never has to explain what they mean and why the receiver is floored and cant defend themselves when accused. That vagueness of definition and the effect on the accused has been going on since mass immigration began.
