Hello, Can you give me some advise? I know someone who is training a 7 week old German Shepherd puppy to become a police dog by isolating her in a kennel outside in the yard without any contact to other animals or people. She is out in the kennel all day and all night crying pitifully for her mother. Is this legal? I have tried to find information on police dog training but could not find the answer to my question. I know that this training is traumatic for the dog.
