@ARCknus Well Rick, there is independent movies - and there is amateurish movies. And of the latter there is good ones and bad ones - and the ultimate worse kind, like Sebastian`s World. That is not an opinion I hold exclusively. This movie didn`t even get a general release in Norwegian cinemas (highly unusual for a native movie), most media either refused to review the DVD, or thrashed it completely. It is so bad, selling it as a DVD actually borders on fraud, in my opinion! I really mean that!
@Dolphininvisible Well, in my opinion (I´ve seen lot of Cinema since was child) not so worse, just an independant film about loving money too much and be able to do whatever to get it. Sebastian´s role even reminds me a bit here Alain DELON in Plein Soleil (an attractive guy who desires to be rich and surrounded by luxury). Tomorrow you could see my version of this so WORSE and HORRIBLE to you film!
@ARCknus It is much easier to make something look good and interesting for 1 to 2 mins in a trailer, than it is to maintain focus, and audience attention, thru a full movie. With Sebastian`s World - because of all the conflicts, the lack of funding, artistic differencies of opinions etc - in the end they were left with so few scenes, with little or no corelation to each other, any serious moviemaker would have thrown in the towel, rather than treat the audience to crap. This is worst film ever!
@Dolphininvisible The trailer much better than the film??? but trailers are just resumed parts of movies, just
show some parts of an story. I think Andreas WILSON made a great role here, and for him as actor is good to play different and controversial roles. Poor Andreas? I´m sure he said yes to director, cos the role was interesting!!
I see from your channel you are located in Vietnam, so I guess I can speak freely without risking offending any of the people behind the movie. Cause honestly the trailer is a houndred times better than the film - if not a thousand. I so pity poor Andreas Wilson who had to take part in this travesty. They ran so low on money, since the rich initiator in the US didn`t agree with the directors view, that they had to connect all the dots using voiceover. It is more narration than movie. Dreadful!
@Dolphininvisible Well, then I´m having serious doubts if posting tomorrow my video tribute to that film....LOL!
If was so bad and poor no one here will see my video!!!.......time editing wasted 4 nothing!!! lol
