I doubt that, clearly that fake-ball was put there with the intent of harming someone. Especially after the fact that someone did get harmed means they can in fact be called to come forth in a criminal investigation - this would not be a civil case.

I mean, I understand this 'leedvermaak', but there are limits, and you are crossing the line when you're causing harm to others on purpose.
