Are you having issues with Fannie Mae returning loans due to "consumer disputes this item" on credit reports?

Changes in policy look for disputes on consumer reports in the automated underwriting process. Fannie Mae has stated that they are not rejecting applications outright, instead, they are "kicking applications back to lenders and requiring them to determine if consumers' disputes [are] valid." *
What are your options? You either have to manually underwrite the loan or get the dispute removed if the consumer requests it.

Even with good credit, a consumer dispute on a report can take up to 30 days or more to validate or remove from the credit report through the bureaus.
THE RESULT? You lose a locked loan rate, time, or even worse- the whole loan!
We have a better solution! Sarma has the exclusive ability to work with you and the credit bureaus to get disputes updated on the credit report within 48-72 hours.
